    Who are Marie Curie?

    Marie Curie are the UKs leading end of life charity providing frontline nursing and hospice care, a free support line and a wealth of information and support on all aspects of dying, death and bereavement.

    Please note this is contract with external staffing agency Inspired People on working assignment with Marie Curie.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and lead a motivated team of fundraisers to achieve targets by utilising your experience.
    • Be able to work independently and used to working towards targets.
    • Personally deliver consistently excellent fundraising results.
    • Work alongside the Regular Giving Manager and Inspired People to interview and appoint fundraisers.
    • Manage postcodes efficiently to ensure optimal locations fundraising.
    • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to help fundraisers excel in their role to drive consistently great fundraiser results.
    • Develop and implement strategies to maximize fundraising effectiveness and donor
    • engagement.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment where everyone feels valued and motivated.

    About you:

    • Previous experience in fundraising and/or sales leadership roles preferred.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
    • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to motivate and inspire others to reach their full potential.
    • Passion for the mission and values of Marie Curie.
