BDS are currently recruiting for a friendly and cheerful caretaker/property maintenance person for a sheltered housing retirement service based in Brighton.
To be the first point of call for residents and visitors to the service.
This is a temporary ongoing position.
Working hours are 3 days a week (flexible) (21 Hours a week)
12.50 per hour PAYE
Making contact with the residents daily and checking their welfare, having a chat and
Reporting any faults or repairs
Health and safety checks
Fire alarm testing
Signposting information of local services
To build familiarity with the residents
There are admin tasks included within the role, keeping accurate records, responding to emails, managing spreadsheets etc.
