We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with recruitment and training events, and ensuring smooth operation within the HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and excellent organisational skills.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Enter employment data accurately into the company database.
  • Organise meetings, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
  • Assist higher-level HR staff with various stages of the hiring process.
  • Set up and coordinate recruitment and training events.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Create and distribute staff handbooks and newsletters to keep employees informed.
  • Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Update and maintain records of employee holidays and sickness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or relevant role.
  • Familiarity with HR software and strong computer literacy (MS Office applications).
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
