Role – Project Manager
Location – Brighton
Salary – Up to £54K
Duration – 2 year fixed term contract
Project Manager required to support the digital transformation of an HR Division. The project Manager will provide a modern experience for current and prospective employees, leaders and managers supporting them to work in an efficient way.
ESSENTIAL ROLE-SPECIFIC CRITERIA
- Experience with matrix management, strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional
- teams, inspire collaboration, and maintain focus on project goals. Experience in fostering
- a positive team culture while ensuring accountability and performance
- Experience in implementation of human resources and payroll solutions or comparable
- Projects
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
- Membership of appropriate professional institute.
- Experience of working with third parties to deliver successful projects
- Previous experience of working in an HEI.
- Broad knowledge and understanding of Higher Education Institutions and Best Practice
- Knowledge of human resources processes and practices
