Sonic Summary

InterQuest is seeking a System/Application Implementation Project Manager for a leading government client in Brighton.
The role involves managing the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for a large HR transformation program and supporting over 50 live projects.
Candidates should have prior experience in leading application implementations, particularly in ERP, Finance, HR, or payroll-related projects.
A strong project management background, especially within the public sector, is preferred, along with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

InterQuest have been approached to support this leading government client based in Brighton for a System/Application implementation project manager with experience of Project managing the full SDLC. The role will be to play a key role in support a large HR transformation programme . You will also have the opportunity to support the 50 + live programmes of work. You will have pprevious experience of leading application implementations such as ERP, Finance, HR or payroll related projects/programmes .

You will have strong Project Management Background ideally within a public sector setting
You will have experience of managing and delivering large scale projects within a complex organisation
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
System implementation experience and SDLC
HR experience programmes of work desirable
