Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to lead critical water projects? Our client, a new joint venture between two industry-leading engineering contractors, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects within the Southern Water region. This role offers the opportunity to manage and deliver high-impact projects, ensuring they are executed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage water infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery in line with client specifications.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, site managers, and external contractors, to coordinate all project activities.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring any challenges are addressed proactively and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and safety regulations across all project phases.
  • Regularly communicate with stakeholders, providing project updates, progress reports, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Monitor project performance, ensuring that quality, safety, and environmental objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the water sector or related infrastructure projects.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
