It’s an exciting time to join this growing company in the property sector, who are going through a period of expansion and positive change. They are seeking a Sales Director to head up and develop a sales team. The Sales Director will drive growth and market expansion for two UK organisations in the property / property management sector.
As the Sales Director you will be responsible for:
- Sales leadership, leading, mentoring and managing sales teams ensuring high performance
- Strategic sales planning, executing sales strategies that align with business objectives
- Client relationship management through strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
- Market analysis and business development, identifying new opportunities for growth and staying ahead of industry trends
- Team development; recruiting, developing and retaining top talent in the sales teams
- Working closely with senior leadership and the CEO to align sales initiatives with global objectives
Skills & experience required:
- We are looking for a Sales Director with a strong demonstrable background in senior leadership
- Sector experience, ideally in the property, lettings and property management sector or a relatable industry such as financial services, accountancy, compliance or similar
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in Business or a related subject, to Masters level would be an advantage
- Within a daily commutable distance of the Brighton area – this role is office based full time
