Valuer - Business Development Executive (Sales & Lettings)

Salary: £28k + Bonus (uncapped) and cumulative year on year with a great benefit package

Hours: Full Time

Do you have a background within estate agency or lettings and have a proven background in business generation and carrying out valuations/market appraisals within the property sector? If so, I have a unique opportunity to join my clients Business Development team that dedicates itself to business growth, cultivating new business opportunities and meeting clients and cultivating relationships.

You will already have a background in property sales or lettings and generating valuation and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and generating new client relationships.
  • Reacting to distributed leads in a timely manner.
  • Generating valuations and client meetings.
  • Conducting valuations/market appraisals.
  • Work to revenue targets and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Update the CRM system accurately and diarise follow ups.
  • Negotiate new contracts effectively.
  • Ensure the marketing of your own portfolio is kept to a good standard.
  • Keep up to date with market knowledge.
  • Contribute new ideas for business growth.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

  • Proven background within lettings or sales (Agency).
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • A great rapport builder and able to cultivate strong business relationships.
  • Confident communicator and enjoy meeting clients face to face.
  • Self-motivated, driven and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Enjoy working to targets and have strong negotiation skills.
  • Personable, professional and ambitious.
