Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant with experience of Credit Control to work for a great business based in Brighton, working on a hybrid basis. The Accounts Assistant - Credit Controller will be supporting the accounts department with credit control, invoicing and payment duties, being part of an accounts team. We have 2 x credit control - accounts assistant positions available on a 6 month fixed term contract basis and also a permanent job opportunity.
Location: Brighton, hybrid working
Salary: £26-28K dependent on experience
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Mon-Fri
Credit Control - Finance duties:
- Raising invoices, credit notes and issuing statement
- Credit control, chasing customer payments
- Processing payments
- Reconciliation of customer accounts
- Respond to questions and issues relating credit control
- Print daily invoices, monthly statements and ad hoc copy invoice requests
- Process customer billing respond to customer requests
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience working in a similar finance, credit control type role
- Excellent IT skills
- Good communication skills both verbally and written
