Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager

Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager looking for a specialist role within a growing company, where you will get to work on exciting Commercial projects across the South East in a rapidly growing company offering progression right through to directorship?

This company have seen rapid growth since their establishment in 2021 and work primarily across hospitality and leisure, offering internal refurbishments and extensions, as well as ground up construction of commercial properties. Due to their continued expansion, they are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to their tight-knit team.

In this varied role you will be 50% office based where you will manage tenders, plan for costs, manage accounts, procure contractors, and take the lead on projects. The other 50% of the role is site based, where you will travel to various sites in the South East, meeting clients and conducting site surveys.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager, who is looking to join a growing company that offers excellent progression, car allowance and the opportunity to work on exciting projects.

The Role:

  • 50/50 Office and Site split.
  • Managing costs, accounts and clients.
  • Take the lead on projects.
  • Oversee tenders and contractors on site.
  • Travel to sites across the South East.
  • Progression right through to directorship

The Person:

  • Quantity Surveyor or Project Management background.
  • Looking for a Commercial role
  • Commutable to Brighton- happy to undertake travel around the South East
