Salary: up to 70k+
The role:
An opportunity to join a regional main contracting business working on a variety of projects from Newbuild to fitout and Exstension projects valuing from 100k up to 30m+
What's expected from you:
- Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor
- Preconstruction surveying experience
- Good understanding of budget management
- Meausrement and quoute experience, happy to be on site
- Negotiating and networking skills
- Collating and issuing tender packs for sub-contractor work packages
- Negotiation and analysis of Sub contractor tender returns
- Completion of Subcontract orders and variations
- Subcontract payments, variations, and final accounts
- Completing Monthly CVRs and cost reporting
