The role:

An opportunity to join a regional main contracting business working on a variety of projects from Newbuild to fitout and Exstension projects valuing from £100k up to £30m+

What's expected from you:

Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor
Preconstruction surveying experience
Good understanding of budget management
Meausrement and quoute experience, happy to be on site
Negotiating and networking skills
Collating and issuing tender packs for sub-contractor work packages
Negotiation and analysis of Sub contractor tender returns
Completion of Subcontract orders and variations
Subcontract payments, variations, and final accounts
Completing Monthly CVRs and cost reporting
