Completions Administrator (Lettings)

Location: Brighton

Salary: £25,000 + car allowance + bonus + excellent company benefits

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Full UK driving licence required (Pool car available if you don’t have your own vehicle)

On-site parking available

This role is perfect for someone looking to build a long-term career in property, whether you have previous lettings experience or a strong administrative background and a desire to break into the industry.

What you will be doing:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for tenants throughout the move-in process
  • Drafting tenancy agreements and handling all pre-tenancy administration
  • Carrying out Right to Rent checks, referencing, and compliance procedures
  • Ensuring properties meet all health, safety, and legislative requirements, including scheduling gas safety, fire risk assessments, EPCs, and EICRs
  • Coordinating move-in dates and updating the diary management system
  • Communicating with utility providers to ensure smooth transitions
  • Managing the key booking system and organising key collections
  • Accurately updating and maintaining in-house CRM systems (Alto)
  • Handling document management, filing, and scanning paperwork
  • Meeting tenants at properties where required on their move-in date

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants and landlords
  • Highly organised with strong administrative skills, able to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Previous lettings, property management, or estate agency experience is ideal, but candidates with a genuine passion for property will also be considered
  • Full UK driving licence required (own transport preferred, but not essential)
  • Proficient in IT systems including Word, Excel, and CRM platforms
  • A team player with a proactive mindset, able to work independently and use initiative
  • Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a smooth and professional tenant experience
