Job Title: Lettings Negotiator

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (no weekends)

Office Angels have teamed up with our client on board a Lettings Negotiator to their team.

Our client, a leading property management company, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Lettings Negotiator. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for matching tenants with their dream rental properties while providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings and showcase the unique features of each listing to potential tenants.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords to ensure their properties are let efficiently.
  • Negotiate rental agreements, ensuring fair terms for both tenants and landlords.
  • Guide tenants through the application process, explaining all relevant paperwork and legal requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth move-in process.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and local regulations affecting the rental market.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or an interest in the property industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when handling paperwork and rental agreements.
