Vacancy: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Brighton, BN2
Salary: OTE £40k - £45k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
An exciting opportunity for an experienced negotiator with experience in residential lettings, to join an established, multi -faceted independent property company based in the Brighton area.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, articulate, ambitious and must be able to demonstrate an excellent performance record within the property industry and show that they have considerable expertise at negotiating deals.
The successful candidate should have experience in residential lettings industry and specifically be capable of spotting business opportunities.
The Company: Our client is a long established, leading, independent Property Company that has built an excellent reputation in the area and prides themselves on their values and outstanding customer service they provide to their clients.
Skills required for this Lettings Negotiatorrole will include:
- Previous lettings experience
- High level of customer service skills
- Exceptional telephone manner
- Well presented
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Local knowledge of the Cheam/Sutton area preferred
- Full driving license
