Lettings Administrator

Salary: £22k - £28k DOE + Great company benefits

Location: Brighton

Hours: - Full Time

Do you want to work for a well-established, dynamic and forward-thinking property company that offers great training and working in a supportive, friendly and busy team based out of their modern offices in Brighton.

This role will be assisting the property managers and lettings department in providing outstanding customer care to tenants and landlords with the day to day running of the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing tenant referencing and checks via the inhouse property CRM system.
  • Organise all the pre-tenancy administration, inclusive of tenancy agreements, guarantor deed and compliance certificates.
  • Administer the landlord administration and complete file inclusive of terms of business, land registry and AML checks.
  • Book in property inspections inclusive of mid-term tenancy inspections with the contractors.
  • Deal with tenancy renewals with tenants.
  • Dealing with incoming calls, taking messages, reception duties as required and booking in viewings for negotiators.
  • Signing out keys to contractors.
  • Schedule in check ins, move ins and the signing and collection of keys.
  • Assisting with general administration to support the team.
  • Assist with viewings and property management as required.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

  • Great communication and organisation skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Proven property or lettings background.
  • Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent IT skills inclusive of Word, Excel and ideally using property CRM systems.
  • Strong team player with a positive "can do" attitude.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and meet strict deadlines.
