Property Manager
Location: Brighton
Hours: Mon - Fri 9-5:30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays with a day off the following week.
Salary: £ + Company Benefits + Bonus
Driving licence is essential! (pool car available or trader's permit for own car)
You’ll be:
- An experienced Property Manager managing a small portfolio of properties
- Keeping on top of all maintenance work
- Ensuring the property is fully compliant GSI’S, EICRS, EPCS’S
- Carrying out periodic property inspections
- Co-ordinating property maintenance repairs
- Identifying and actioning property improvement works
- Managing property compliance contractor visits
- Dealing with deposit returns in a timely manner
- Preparing properties for end of tenancy change overs
- Forming positive relationships with landlords and tenants
- Overseeing refurbishment projects
