Property Manager
Salary: £30k - £35k DOE + company benefit package
Location: Brighton
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 17.30pm
Must have a full UK drivers’ licence to apply.

Do you have a property management experience and want to work for a well-established and professional organisation that provide high quality business premises and living space to customers throughout the Southeast? If so, I have a great opportunity to join my client’s property management team based in Brighton that are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service whilst maintain their portfolio to the highest standard.
You will already have a proven background in property management, with a sound knowledge or property and letting legislation, with the ability to organise your own workload and prioritise effectively,
Responsibilities:
- Familiarising yourself to landlords’ management requirements and ensuring excellent client communication.
- Organising safety inspections, reporting back to the landlords and flagging any repairs that need completing.
- Arranging repairs and maintenance works.
- Liasing with landlords and tenant’s queries via phone and email in a timely manner.
- Processing end of tenancy reports, schedule of conditions, inventories, mid-term inspections and reporting.
- Liasing with utility companies, client accounts and lettings department to ensure records and charges are up to date.
- Handling complaints and emergency situations appropriately.
- Dealing with check outs and negotiating tenancy disputes effectively.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords.
- Ensuring that the property is ready for the next tenancy.
- Dealing with evictions and legal notifications.
- Keep up to date records of maintenance requests, repair records and inspections.
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:
- Proven property management experience of dealing with a residential portfolio.
- Sound knowledge of property and lettings legislation.
- Great communication and negotiation skills.
- A natural problem solver with the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Professional, enthusiastic and proactive.
- Good IT skills inclusive of Word, Excel and using CRM systems.
