Project Worker - Brighton Area

We are seeking a committed and professional Project Worker to work within Brighton on a temporary basis for approximately three months. This role involves providing safe shelter and support to help clients move toward independence.

Position Details:
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
    • Early shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
    • Late shifts: 12:30 PM - 8:30 PM
  • Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour plus holiday pay
Key Responsibilities:
  • Hold a caseload of five key clients, conducting regular key working sessions to develop person-centred, trauma-informed support plans.
  • Perform comprehensive needs and risk assessments and create effective risk management plans.
  • Provide support in a gender-informed and culturally sensitive manner, recognizing the individual needs of each client.
  • Assist clients in accessing and sustaining their accommodation while working collaboratively to promote independence.
