The position requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, with early shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and late shifts from 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
Key responsibilities include holding a caseload of five clients, conducting needs assessments, and creating support plans tailored to individual needs.
Candidates should have relevant experience in support work, ideally with a background in trauma-informed care.

Project Worker - Brighton Area

We are seeking a committed and professional Project Worker to work within Brighton on a temporary basis for approximately three months. This role involves providing safe shelter and support to help clients move toward independence.

Position Details:

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Early shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Late shifts: 12:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour plus holiday pay

Key Responsibilities:

Hold a caseload of five key clients, conducting regular key working sessions to develop person-centred, trauma-informed support plans.
Perform comprehensive needs and risk assessments and create effective risk management plans.
Provide support in a gender-informed and culturally sensitive manner, recognizing the individual needs of each client.
Assist clients in accessing and sustaining their accommodation while working collaboratively to promote independence.
