About the Role:
- Answer all incoming and internal calls to the Trust in a responsive and professional manner
- Ensure that requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently
- Operate Emergency Procedures, including Cardiac Arrest, Fire, and Major Incident Plan
- Adhere to all processes and procedures related to Switchboard Services
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, especially during emergency situation
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Knowledge of Emergency Procedures is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
