Lansdown Partners are recruiting two exclusive roles with a UK-based Financial Services organisation operating in the Insurance sector.
OUR CLIENT
Our client is a UK-based, investor backed, high growth business.
The positions available are Financial Controller and Regional Head of Finance.
These roles represent extremely exciting career progression opportunities for ambitious finance candidates to join a dynamic, PE-backed, scale-up business, on an upward trajectory.
Criteria includes:• Proven success in a Financial Controller or FP&A role.• Regulated financial services experience and/or Insurance sector experience is a pre-requisite.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment, ideally PE backed.• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, financial analysis and business partnering.• Experience of acquisitions or working in an acquisitive group.• Prior exposure to multi-entity or multi-service environments.• An enquiring disposition when dealing with pace of growth, shifting priorities and the challenges it brings.
CANDIDATE BACKGROUND
We would be keen to receive applications from ambitious qualified finance candidates with a background in the Financial Services and/or Insurance sector, ideally with ACA/Audit exposure from within FS service lines.

Hybrid working patterns (3 days required in the office) across split locations in either Bristol or Buckinghamshire.
