Financial Controller - 12 month FTC
Core3 are delighted to be recruiting for a Financial Controller to join our client on a 12 month fixed term contract based in Central Bristol - Hybrid working with 2 days a week in the office.

How you'll make an impact?
The successful candidate will be Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, managing statutory and regulatory reporting functions.
- Assist in the delivery of statutory, management and regulatory reporting requirements
- Lead the delivery of the implementation of the new FRS 102 reporting standards applicable 1 January 2026
- Work closely with the senior finance team to deliver financial MI.
- Preparation of the quarterly Group VAT returns
- Review of reporting schedules and accounting inputs produced by finance colleagues
- Review of final outputs by Finance Operations and Revenue Reconciliations Teams
- Co-preparation of Board and Management Meeting papers and attendance at meetings if required.
- Reports due to debt providers and company owners.
- Financial modelling supporting the preparation of Regulatory Reports due by Finance
- Participate actively in projects, both strategic and compliance based
- Co-ordination of External and Internal Audit activities
- Advise the Group Financial Controller on technical accounting and regulatory matters impacting the business and the wider group, including contributing to accounting policy.
- Input into budget / forecasting process for the business

- £70,000-£80,000 basic salary
