On an exclusive basis, greenwelgleeson are recruiting for a Financial Controller to work with an exciting, growing, service business to be based in Bristol with travel to Birmingham.
This company is a B-Corp and operates a 4 day working week at 100% pay.
In this newly created role, reporting into the Finance Director, you will help to enable the cultural and ethics of this rapidly growing business by overseeing the day-to-day financial operations.

Duties will include but not limited to:

Production of Operational Reporting and "Business Partner" to Operational team to drive improvements in productivity and customer satisfaction.

Production and maintenance of rolling forecast with monthly analysis, insight and commentary of comparison to monthly management accounts

Accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial reporting

Developing and maintaining robust financial controls

Driving improvements in financial processes and systems to drive "smart working", continuous productivity gains and scalability

Assisting with the mergers and acquisitions process, due diligence and post-acquisition integration with an emphasis on selling the culture of the company to the acquired companies' teams.

Support the Finance Director and wider management team with any ad hoc projects whether operational or strategic.
Skills, Requirements, Qualifications

Fully Qualified ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA or nearly qualified
