Job Title: Interim Group Financial AccountantContract: 10 MonthsRate: £400 per day (Umbrella)Location: Bristol Based
Working Pattern: 2 days in the office
We are looking for an Interim Group Financial Accountant to support our clients finance function during a critical period. You will manage group consolidation, ensure accurate reporting, and liaise with finance teams globally. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee monthly group consolidation and financial reporting.
- Manage intercompany reconciliations and intangibles accounting.
- Ensure accurate submissions from global finance teams.
- Monitor exchange translation reserves and restructuring costs.
- Prepare financial reports for senior leadership and audit committees.
- Provide technical accounting guidance.
- Support external audits and ad hoc financial tasks.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
- Experience with group consolidations.
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
