Interim Systems Accountant role NetSuite

Job Title:Interim NetSuite/Systems Accountant roleDuration:3-6 months initially Reporting to:Finance Director (FD)Start Date:Ideally from March 25 onwardsDay Rate:Dependent on candidate experience and expectationsExperience Required: 3-5 years' experience with NetSuite in a similar role/industry is essentialRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced NetSuite/systems accountant to join on an interim basis for a 3-6 month project role. The successful candidate will support the finance team with NetSuite and manage the fallout from a recent integration. This standalone role requires a proactive individual who can make an immediate impact by improving processes, streamlining actions, and supporting both finance and tech teams.Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main link between finance and tech
• Liaise with external and internal teams to problem solve and improve processes
• Work closely with the NetSuite developer to analyse and support queries
• Fine-tune and improve the revenue reconciliation process
• Enhance stock and intercompany processes
• Manage cash and reporting
• Automate the period end closes

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience with NetSuite in a similar role is essential.
• Be willing and available to work on a hybrid basis 3/2 split
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to liaise effectively with various teams
• Ability to work independently and make an immediate impact
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
