As a qualified accountant, are you ready to play a pivotal role in this fast-growing business?

If you're comfortable with month-end management accounts, now's your chance to gain a broader understanding by working in this newly-created role joining an existing Management Accountant in assisting the Group Financial Controller.

This rapidly expanding business has experienced consistent sustainable growth, having almost doubled its turnover to £100m in the last four years. As a result, the finance team is expanding, and the team enjoys a vibrant environment where careers can flourish.

As the Management Accountant, you'll support the Group Financial Controller in preparing regular financial reports for the Board and Management Team.

You'll enhance your financial analysis skills at both the entity and group levels by identifying and investigating movements, trends, and anomalies, as well as collaborating with colleagues to implement necessary actions.

As you develop your business acumen as a future finance professional, you'll conduct a critical analysis of the numbers to gain a thorough understanding of the business activity behind them-quite frankly, this is a terrific role for gaining a 360-degree understanding of a large SME business.

This role is broad, and there's plenty going on. The business is changing accounting and operating systems, introducing automation, and streamlining processes as it prepares for future growth.

As one of four qualified finance professionals in the finance function, you'll support the FD and GFC in ad hoc projects and technical research, provide operational support to the accounts team when required and assist in their development.

You're trusted to deliver your best work, whether from home or the office, so you need to be self-motivated and work independently and as part of a team.

Initial training will be conducted in the office. Beyond this, you'll have the flexibility to work from home one day a week.

What's on offer;

Competitive salary, £48,000 - £55,000
