Salary - Dependant on experience

Hours - 22-37.5 hours per week (part-time or full time availble)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of personal tax returns for a range of client’s such as; sole traders, partnerships, alongside company directors and those with rental income
  • Preparation of capital gains tax computations for inclusion within self-assessment returns, together with completion of 60-Day CGT Declarations to HMRC
  • Preparing forms P11D & P11D(b)
  • Working closely with clients, other members of the tax team and other departments, including direct contact with the Partners and clients in order to obtain the required information to prepare Self-Assessment Returns
  • Liaising directly with HMRC in relation to personal tax matters
  • Supporting other members of the team and participate in ad-hoc projects
  • Maintaining and updating company databases in order to track/ monitor client progress
  • Checking client records to ensure all information has been received

About You:

  • Educated to GCSE level 7 or above in both English and maths
  • Already studying AAT/ATT
  • At least 2 years personal tax experience within an accounting practice
