As part of their 2030 strategy, they are now looking to appoint a suitably qualified Reporting Accountant to ensure cashflow forecasting and reporting supports strategic decision making.

Role

As a Reporting Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial and cashflow reporting. You’ll play a key role in delivering financial statements, regulatory reports, and internal management information, working closely with senior stakeholders to support business decision-making.

Managing three direct reports (AP, AR & CC), you will be comfortable balancing multiple priorities and be able to face-off into a diverse stakeholder group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily cash positions and ensure efficient liquidity management
  • Collaborate with finance teams to optimise working capital and cash flow processes
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist with statutory reporting, consolidations, and audit requirements.
  • Analyse financial data and provide insights to senior management.
  • Work closely with finance teams to improve reporting processes and controls.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.

About You

Likely ACCA/ACA qualified, you will have a strong understanding of cash flow management, forecasting, and treasury functions. Experience in financial reporting and working with complex financial data is essential.

We can offer a reduced working week (either 4 days or 30hrs across 5 days).
