Are you a Tax Director or wanting to move into a director role, from a practice background, wanting to play a pivotal and leading role in the growth of a tax department and leave your mark and become an integral part of the business?

Do you want to be part of an independent practice that is growing, wants to grow its tax department through a greater range of services to a wider client audience in the Bristol area and be part of the leadership and strategic team?

In this role you will play a strategic and leading role in growing and managing the direction, implementation, and delivery of tax services to you clients, responsible for complex advisory and compliance queries and business development of the client base for tax services.

The ideal candidate lives commutable distance to Bristol, ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified, is working in a large or small practice in tax, experience of UK tax laws, wanting to grow their career, led teams and grown client base while developing skills and depth of tax teams.

The Role:

  • Part of the leadership team
  • Manage the development of the portfolio of tax clients
  • Oversee and manage tax compliance and advisory for clients
  • Manage and oversee team delivery and development
  • Build client base through regular meetings

The Person:

  • ACCA, ACA, CTA Qualified
  • UK personal and corporate tax knowledge
  • Based near Bristol and can commute to clients
