Our highly regarded Client in North West Bristol has an immediate requirement for a good all round Administrator to join this busy department. This is a varied role that encompasses elements of accounts, purchasing, administration and getting out and about to ensure the site is adhering to H & S standards.

Duties include:

  • Account reconciliation and billing check
  • Waste Management Plan development and implementation
  • Preparation and submission of timesheets for the department
  • Organise training courses; accommodation as appropriate and update competency records
  • Collate department expenses monthly, authorise and submit to payroll
  • Maintain records for Finance dept
  • Department travel and accommodation booking
  • Purchasing of department requirements
  • Monthly, bi monthly, and annual report preparation.

Key Skills:

  • Well organised and detail focussed individual.
  • Computer literate with a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Expert level of written and spoken English.
  • Full clean driving licence.
