Administrators at St Monica Trust provide vital administrative support keep the team on track with key operational activities and keeping the service running to plan. The role may at times act as first point of contact for enquiries and will consistently offer support for the management team to help them to run efficient, effective and productive services.

  • Will be supporting the rota co-ordinator so experience with this would be advantageous
  • Support the manager/s by administering and processing letters/emails, enquiries, managing diaries, room and answering the ad-hoc queries from residents or members of the public.
  • Oversee budget or finance related matters including liaising with the finance team.
  • Maintaining a well-stocked and equipped office and supplies. Making orders and reporting issues or repairs following set procedures.
  • Reporting on finances and other activities as required by the managers.
  • Accountable for bookings and communicating with the wider team and colleagues.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across and externally to St Monica Trust.

The role

As an Administrator, the role involves providing administrative support to the services, including activities relating to finances, residents, colleagues, reception and general support to the wider management team. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel, Access (or other databases) is essential.
