Are you an experienced leader with a passion for benefits administration and an experienced People manager? Due to continued growth and expansion our client is seeking an experienced Flexible Benefits professional in this pivotal role. The role will be to lead a high-end flexible benefits administration service by establishing and managing a UK team, providing essential local expertise whilst also working with the global teams, driving both innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery & Governance:
    • Oversee service delivery governance and reporting across all locations.
    • Attend client meetings to ensure seamless communication and service excellence.
  • Client Engagement & Issue Resolution:
    • Deliver exceptional, personalized service for select clients.
    • Proactively resolve issues for all clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Strategic Initiatives:
    • Participate in crisis management efforts and contribute to the development of RFP responses and presentations.
    • Lead the administrative conversion of clients to version 2 and facilitate the migration of legacy clients to Guide Benefits.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Establish the UK Service Delivery Team structure.
    • Optimize operational processes to maximize efficiency.
    • Ensure comprehensive administrative services for clients with data restrictions.

Experience Required

    • Extensive experience in benefits administration with a strong track record of establishing and managing teams across multiple geographical locations.
    • In-depth, demonstrable knowledge of the UK flexible benefits industry.
    • Proven experience in crafting and delivering compelling sales pitches.
