Day-to-day of the role:- Obtain the necessary paperwork or applications required to implement proposed recommendations, including illustrations.
- Submit the relevant applications and ensure that the recommendations are successfully implemented.
- Work closely with the Financial Planner to arrange client meetings as they fall due and prepare valuations and other required items for these meetings.
- Conduct initial research and analysis of existing arrangements.
- 1 to 2 years of industry experience.as a minimum
- Technical knowledge and experience relating to financial products, services, and regulations.
- Good understanding of compliance procedures and standards, including responsibilities related to these.
- Familiarity with company back office procedures and IT systems.
- Knowledge of new business processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving abilities.
