Day-to-day of the role:
  • Obtain the necessary paperwork or applications required to implement proposed recommendations, including illustrations.
  • Submit the relevant applications and ensure that the recommendations are successfully implemented.
  • Work closely with the Financial Planner to arrange client meetings as they fall due and prepare valuations and other required items for these meetings.
  • Conduct initial research and analysis of existing arrangements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1 to 2 years of industry experience.as a minimum
  • Technical knowledge and experience relating to financial products, services, and regulations.
  • Good understanding of compliance procedures and standards, including responsibilities related to these.
  • Familiarity with company back office procedures and IT systems.
  • Knowledge of new business processes, procedures, and documentation.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive approach to learning.
