Responsibilities
- General Office duties
- Filing of documents
- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism, providing excellent phone etiquette.
- Dealing with clients as well as customers
- Dealing with any queries and issues
- Utilise Microsoft packages
- Visiting of various sites
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative/customer care role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Packages
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
- Driving licence is essential for this role
