Our client, a legal - 100 firm, are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Assistant to join their team in Bristol.   • Oversee onboarding documentation, including drafting contracts and reference letters
  • Organise first-day details for consultants joining assignments
  • Format CVs into templates for client presentations
  • Manage the inbox, ensuring timely responses to consultants, clients, and partners
  • Handle all Workday (HR system) matters related to onboarding
  • Ensure spreadsheets and databases are consistently updated
  • Support consultants with day-to-day queries, fostering a positive experience

About you:

  • A self-starter with a proactive and adaptable approach
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
