- Oversee onboarding documentation, including drafting contracts and reference letters
- Organise first-day details for consultants joining assignments
- Format CVs into templates for client presentations
- Manage the inbox, ensuring timely responses to consultants, clients, and partners
- Handle all Workday (HR system) matters related to onboarding
- Ensure spreadsheets and databases are consistently updated
- Support consultants with day-to-day queries, fostering a positive experience
About you:
- A self-starter with a proactive and adaptable approach
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
