Position Overview:

  • Contract Type: Temporary with potential for Temp to Perm
  • Hourly Rate: £13.00
  • Working Pattern: Part-Time (20 hours per week over 3/4 days)
  • Start Date: 7th April 2025
  • Location: Bradley Stoke (Parking on Site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for staff and management.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Office Management:
  • Oversee office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Maintain office equipment and coordinate maintenance.
  • Manage facilities issues, coordinating with contractors.
  • Clerical Duties:
  • Provide general clerical assistance to various departments.
  • Customer/Client Interaction:
  • Greet visitors and provide general assistance.
  • Arrange catering for visitors.
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Assist in coordinating internal meetings and events.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
