Signature Bristol are excited to once again be recruiting for a well-established education training provider based in the centre of Bristol. They are seeking a friendly, hardworking and professional Programme Coordinator to join the team on a temporary basis starting as soon as possible.

This would be a full-time position working Monday Friday, 37.5 hours per week. There is some flexibility regarding start and finish times between the hours of 8:30 - 6pm. Based in Bristol City Centre (no parking), this role would be accessible for all major bus routes.

Within this role you will be integral to the delivery of high-quality programmes. Using excellent customer service, you shall work closely with Candidate Support Managers and others to ensure an outstanding end to end experience for participants.

- What you’ll be doing as a Programme Coordinator
  • Responding to enquiries through a variety of platforms including Zendesk.
  • Ensuring all enquiries are responded to promptly and efficiently
  • Process applications
  • Update candidates on the process of their applications.
  • Assist with event coordination and programme delivery.
  • Confirming all eligibility requirements are met so applications can progress.
  • Ensuring all key contact, funding and invoicing details are logged on the candidate management system.
  • Guiding employers through the funding process - offering over the phone support and advice.
  • Supporting apprentices and their employers through change of employment processes.
What experience you’ll need for the Programme Coordinator role:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate with candidates, tutors and employers
  • Work well under pressure

This role is a full time, temporary to permanent position starting Wednesday and working 5 days per week (flexible hours between 8:30am and 6pm).
