This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an exciting and growing company. The role is based in their Bristol office, conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Temple Meads Station.Main Duties:Processing and invoicing sales orders while ensuring on-time and accurate delivery.Liaising closely with sales teams, operations, finance, management, and international offices.Daily communication with customers and suppliers to provide excellent customer service.Processing supplier orders and ensuring timely updates and delivery.Organising transport and creating customs documents as required.Managing cash flow by chasing customers for prompt payments via phone and email.Skills Required:Strong administrative, organisational, and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, particularly within a team setting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.Proactive and confident in dealing with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.Ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.A team-oriented mindset: flexible, adaptable, and dependable, with a high level of professionalism and dedication.Willingness to travel within the UK and abroad when required.If you are interested in this role, please click APPLY.
