Join a supportive and inclusive SEMH primary school as a School Receptionist. This role offers a long-term placement with the potential for a permanent position. Located just outside the Blaise Castle estate, the school is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for up to 80 pupils with Social and Emotional Mental Health needs, alongside other conditions such as ASD/ADHD or generalised Anxiety disorders.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Serve as the first point of contact at the school, managing the reception area.

  • Handle reporting of lunches, absences, and other daily operational duties.
  • Support the head teacher with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
  • Ensure effective communication and administrative support within the school environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
