Reprographics Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated Reprographics Administrator to join our team in Lockleaze, Bristol. This role is crucial in providing first-rate reprographics support to our school staff, assisting teachers in their daily tasks to enhance the educational experience. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Operate and maintain reprographics equipment efficiently, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Manage and prioritise reprographics requests from staff, ensuring timely completion.
  • Support the creation of teaching materials and documents.
  • Maintain an organised and efficient filing system for all reprographics materials.
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager and other administrative staff to streamline processes.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels of reprographics supplies and manage inventory.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or reprographics role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
