My client, a globally recognised construction consultancy, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct building surveys, inspections, and audits across a range of sectors.
  • Provide expert advice on building defects, maintenance, refurbishment, and restoration projects.
  • Manage and deliver projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and schedules of work.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Contract administration
  • Project Management

Requirements:

  • MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
  • Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering projects across various sectors.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
