The Role

Are you an experienced Studio Co-ordinator, Supervisor, or Office Manager looking for your next challenge with a progressive and supportive employer? We are recruiting for a Studio Co-ordinator to join a well-established architecture and design practice in their Bristol office. In this key role, you will be part of a collaborative administrative team, providing essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with design teams and collaborate with departments such as Finance, HR, IT, and Marketing.

As a Studio Co-ordinator, you will handle a wide range of administrative duties, including Studio Scheduling and management, managing project and HR-related queries, booking travel and accommodation, preparing invoices, scheduling meetings, and more. You'll also support the team on various ad hoc tasks, as well as assist with building maintenance and Health & Safety responsibilities.

Skills and ExperienceWe are looking for candidates who are:

  • Proactive with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and own tasks
  • Approachable, with excellent communication and customer service skill
  • Detail-oriented and methodical in their approach
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally experienced with project accounting or CRM software
  • Able to work flexibly as part of a team, providing support across multiple areas

Desirable but not essential skills include:

  • Experience with Adobe InDesign
  • Previous experience in an architecture or design-related environment
  • Familiarity with project financial software, such as Rapport3
