In this role, the successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality software solutions, ensuring that coding standards, technical strategies and system architecture are well implemented and maintained. You will be key in driving company growth, ensuring that company goals are met through quality technical execution.
Key Skills:
- Evident track record in developing technical teams, with proven abilities in managing teams, mentoring colleagues and encouraging skill development.
- Strong expertise in development using Java, the Spring Framework and React.
- Understanding of CI/CD and IaC principles, with further experience in Agile development methods.
- Experience using JUnit to write clean code.
- Background with cloud computing platforms, Azure desirable.
