verview:We're currently working with a Bristol-based agency to hire a CRM Account Director on an initial 3-month contract.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and maintaining strong, strategic relationships.
  2. CRM Strategy Development: Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance client engagement and loyalty, leveraging data insights and customer behaviors.
  3. Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and analysis of CRM campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals and deliver measurable results.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, data analytics, and creative, to deliver integrated CRM solutions.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients, and recommending optimizations for future campaigns.
Required Experience:
  1. Proven Experience: A strong background in CRM strategy and account management, ideally within an agency environment.
  2. Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing and nurturing client relationships at a senior level.
  3. Campaign Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple CRM campaigns simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results and optimizing performance.
  4. Data-Driven Approach: Experience using data insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
  5. Flexible and Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hybrid work arrangement.
