Location: Bristol

Avocet are collaborating with an Architectural Practice in Bristol who requirea skilled and experienced Part 3 Architect to join their dynamic team. As a Part 3 Architect, you will play a crucial role in the diverse range of projects, encompassing residential, bespoke residential, social housing, low-rise, education and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring high-quality design and technical delivery.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members to achieve project objectives.
  • Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Oversee the design stages 0-6, demonstrating strong technical ability and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Part 3 Architect with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proven track record in delivering successful residential, bespoke residential, social housing, low-rise, and commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.
