My client is looking for a motivated and passionate Senior Architectural Technologist to join an innovative design practice in Bristol. The friendly team pride themselves on their exceptional service whilst designing historical conservation and residential project. The practice is well-established and have a range of exciting projects on the horizon.

The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will have significant experience post qualification in a UK-based practice. You will also be confident running jobs through all RIBA stages and managing a team. You should have excellent time management and communication skills, alongside brilliant technical abilities. Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

  • Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
  • Significant UK-based experience post qualification
  • CIAT accredited, or working towards
  • Run projects through all RIBA stages
  • Manage a team and mentor junior team members
  • Produce and deliver tender/construction packages
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Prepare, review and approve drawings
  • Confident working on site
  • Revit proficiency is essential
  • Must live within commutable distance of Bristol
