Sales Developer

Bristol (Hybrid)

£40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus

We are currently looking to hire a Sales Developer to join our Aerospace and defence team on a permanent basis, this role requires travel and work in a Hybrid mode and when required to be on site.

Role overview:

  1. Min 2 years of experience in Aerospace Industry – UK market.
  2. Demonstrable experience in leading and performing business development activities.
  3. Experience working autonomously, being result oriented, having an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills and natural leadership is crucial.
  4. Any experience or exposure Aerospace in the UK market will be an added advantage
  5. Develop customer relationship & build long-term partnership.
  6. Collaborate with Technical Operations to deliver client-aligned proposals.
  7. Coordinate with Talent Acquisition for resource allocation and mobilisation.
  8. Able to work in complex matrix organization – collaborative approach.
  9. Ability to work with partner companies.
  10. Ready to travel to meet customers.
  11. Engineering or business graduate with sufficient knowledge in information technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.

Understand clients' business goals, needs, and challenges.

Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and issues.

Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and offer support.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.

Collaborate with marketing to develop tailored campaigns and promotional activities.

Coordinate with customer support and operations teams to address client concerns and ensure smooth service delivery.

Provide feedback and input to product development teams based on client needs and market demands.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience or in a similar client-facing role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
