Traffic Regulation Order Technician needed in Bristol Paying £16.45 per hr Ref 5265871

Full time on a temporary basis

  • Draft Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders and Temporary Traffic Regulation Notices in line with the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Procedure Regulations 1992
  • Producing both managerial and technical data information (e.g. internet searches, collation of statistics and reports, manipulation of spreadsheets and databases) and prepare more specialist technical drafts for approval
  • Operate a PC to assist in the production of maps, models, graphics, drawings, and diagrams to ensure that projects are fully supported and that the Transport Service communication needs are accurately met.
  • Assist in the day-to-day delivery of front line customer services
  • Undertake general office duties to include: opening and sorting of post, filing, photocopying, maintaining office diary, monitoring and ordering of stationery as required; Cash handling, collection and reconciliation; maintaining a petty cash float as required
  • Processing refund requests by investigating historical works on the network
