- Manage and take ownership of business support processes, acting as the Subject Matter Expert for a designated area.

- Proven experience in coordinating complex administrative functions, ideally within a public sector or council environment.
- Ability to make informed decisions in real time, handle escalated issues, and provide solutions within set guidelines.
- Able to liaise effectively with colleagues, senior management, and external stakeholders, including handling challenging or emotive situations.
- Experience in planning, deploying resources, and supervising or guiding staff when necessary.
- Familiarity with financial transactions, data analysis, and ICT systems, along with an understanding of compliance requirements and process improvements.
